Kelly began her yoga practice in 2001 to heal her lower back shortly after welcoming her first child Lily. She credits her wit, body confidence, and continued lower back health to her daily yoga practice. Kelly uses props, pose and breath to take you on a journey into your body to reconnect. Her playful spirit and candid style invites students to take what they need and leave the rest on and off the mat.
Outside of the studio, Kelly is an artist, woodworker and tireless advocate for the special needs community. Her life as an artist has taken her to off-broadway sets and around the world in search of design inspiration. Kelly currently co-owns GWP Contracting, LLC which is celebrating it’s 17th year of serving Fairfield County residents. She uses her creative thinking as an advocate, serving as board member and co-chair to Yale CH Family Advisory Council (2010-12) and assisting Yale to launch it’s Adult Psychiatric Patient Advisory Council. Kelly is currently pursuing her certification in Buti Yoga and Aerial Trapeze.
